All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days although we do not guarantee delivery within this time frame. Items ordered before Noon CST on a business day will ship the same day. Items ordered after Noon CST will ship the next business day. Therefore, orders placed after Noon CST on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. All items are shipped from Lincoln, Nebraska.
All order processing times and shipping rates apply to domestic shipments only. International shipments may incur further shipping charges.
HuskerFaithful.com accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for full refund within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days of the original purchase, we will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the original price paid. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
If the item is damaged upon arrival, please notify HuskerFaithful.com within 7 days of receipt that the item is damaged. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of merchandise defects and accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Shipping charges related to the original item return/exchange are not refundable. In the event of an exchange, HuskerFaithful.com will pay for shipping back to you of the exchanged item using the most economical shipping option.
In the event that an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, you will be notified via email.
